I brought my family to visit your amusement park and rides, however, I couldn't enjoy them due to the 2-3-hour wait time. The long wait times at the amusement park were quite disappointing, as they prevented me from fully experiencing the rides and attractions with my family.
Despite our excitement, the excessive waiting took away from the overall enjoyment of our visit. I paid $300 for tickets and could use only two rides.
I would like to get reimbursed for my wasted time and the lack of value for the money spent on tickets. The long wait times also resulted in missed opportunities to explore other areas of the park and enjoy additional activities, further diminishing our overall experience.

I went to buy tickets online and on my part forgot to hit the right date, but I was checking to see if I could make a payment plan or not using my services, when it showed me the ways to pay I was going through looking at options. However one option I hit and when I logged in, it just paid for the tickets.
No confirmations or questions asked, and now not only have I paid for a ticket I didn't want to get yet, but it's for the wrong date and I can't get a refund or the date changed to when I'm planning on going!
It's driving me nuts and I'm crying a little. The price also isn't correct I paid 50 not 43.

My family of 7 visits wof multiple times a year. Our visit last night was very upsetting.
As we entered, with a stroller and a diaper bag, along with my husbands 2 string bag. We were not check, baby and i in stroller. We then sat to figure out our season pass situation, silver to gold. As we are scanning our passes and entering, 20 minutes later.
The security guy runs over to tell my husband he cant take his bag in. He then walks to the car. As he is there are other black men that had a similar issue upon entry woth the same guard...my husband is also a black man. Idk if this was the issue but i wasnt checked and i beeped with the stroller and was not checked, nor was my baby bag that was 3 times the size of my husbands.
We may consider driving a little farther and getting our next season passes at a different park. Thanks

Trying to renew my season pass for 2022

Villiage of Fun and Worlds of fun
In April of this year, I called and got it set up for 2 nights and 6 tickets and was charged $402.94 and that for 2 nights and tickets and was told that I just needed to pay the 105.00 when I checked in. But we were running behind got into a rain got a call from the rep at a village who said that was fine and would be late and told us to get a hold of the security when we got in.
So customer care charges me an extra 65.00 when they should have not done that. Spoke to one supervisor that does not know anything and wanted to sit and argue with me, and then I asked to speak to another customer service rep and see that there was a mistake on my acct. And advise them that I would go to my bank and dispute the charges on my card. So please don't order with them, or please get names and print off everything that they send out to you.
Email, mail, or anything from the village office when you check- in. And still yet trying to get my money back. And the person put us on the no show we were charged the 189.00 for the night instead of the 189.00 there is a 30.00 difference.
And when entering the part, I was told that we were the 1st people to be able to get in before anyone us. NOT TRUE!!!
We have to wait with everyone else. Half of the rides were not in working order. None of the stores were open. And when speeding 226.67 for meal tickets, you should be able to get plastic cups, not a child-size drink.
There were kids all over the place with no adults per the notice that Worlds of Fun has on the front gate.
If I am speeding almost $1000.00 for a weekend then everything should be up and working condition and the stores should be open. And get a bigger drinks

My kids were put out the park on 04/08/2023 when they werent even in the park a full hour! They got there at 2:30 & was put out by 3pm!
Supposedly they touched a white girl or supposedly they cursed! And got put out Toby came out & stated that I couldnt get my money back or that we couldnt talk to Phil about the disrespect or curse words that were being said to them whike me & another mother was on the phone! I want my $90 dollars for the friends that were added on those season passes on that day! Im definitely speaking to a lawyer about how they were treated & how they were harassed on the way out of the park!
I will not ever recommend this place cause yaw pick on kids if you dont see an adult around! What gets me is that it was my sons bday celebration they didnt even get to get on not one ride!
