We paid for 4 full price tickets on May 30th. Arriving at 10am ready to go, we soon realized that many rides were not open do to a shortage in staff.

Most of the rides did not open until 5 or 6 O'clock. The staff was rude, disrespectful at the eateries, and some rides. We asked for a refund to match the 4 to 9 ticket price since hardly anything was open, but we were denied. We also asked for 4 to 9 O'clock tickets for a future visit and were denied.

They offered no compensation for a single day ticket holder, who did not get anything close to what they paid for. Very frustrating!
