We Had family come from out of town and spent over $600 for 5 season passes for our family that lives here in kcmo just to load up the whole family and be turned away at the gate because some rich *** decided to rent out the whole park!When you call customer service their answer is that its on the back of your season pass that if the park is full, or rented out as a season pass holder you cant get in.
Thats all fine but we nought our tickets at Price chopper and nowhere on it does it say any of that! Plus the little *** I spoke with was rude and didnt seem to care at all about the wasted money for the single day admission tickets bought for our out of town family! He just kept saying that it was on the website calendar for a month and its on the back of our passes but the pass they give you at price chopper says nothing about exception days and they said nothing and had no idea that the park was closed today when I bought the tickets at price chopper yesterday and we where very clear when we spoke with the lady we bought the tickets from that it was for our whole family to go today. What they need to put in their website isnt "unlimited visits" with purchase...
It should say unlimited unless our owner decides to rent the place out to rich people or we sell too many same day tickets and now you cant go because we dont keep count and leave openings for our season pass holders!UNLIMITED VISITS means unlimited visits and this is false advertisement by definition.
